And has not been one for some time. It is very evident that Reinsdorf will not allow any big spending in free agency. Also for over a decade he did not allow any large investment in drafting players. Anyone with a remote signing issue was avoided. As long as the Sox keep dumpster driving with aged vets and other teams throw aways has not worked at all. Yet this team continues to choose this path. I know it not happen, but Reinsdorf needs to sell this team to a group that will invest the needed resources to build not only through the minors but in free agency. Total overall from top to bottom needs to be done. Until that happens, Sox will remain mediocre.
