		<description><![CDATA[I was rather surprised that what the Sox asked the Astros for Quintana got balked at.  If anything, I thought the Sox asked for a lite package and the Astros should have done the deal.  

The Dodgers locking things down with their two guys now means full steam ahead on Robertson and Frazier.  An NL team with a hitter friendly park would make great sense for Frazier.]]></description>
