virtually all talent evaluators have high grades on moncada, kopech, giolito et al. if any or all of those guys don’t pan out it’s either because of development by the sox or they just weren’t as good as *everyone* thought they were, so i wouldn’t pin that on hahn. now if the white sox don’t create some of their own home grown talent, then yes, we should question hahn’s ability to judge talent.

I have not been out to the ballpark in a few years, longest stretch of my life. I have not wanted to financially support or put my time & effort towards supporting the poor baseball decisions made by Kenny & Jerry. Living a couple hours south of the park never precluded me from getting there before, but it made that personal protest easier. As a small & simple sign of solidarity w/Hahn & the rebuild, I plan to make a concerted effort to get back there a couple times in ’17.

As long as guys like Collins, Kopech, Giolito, etc. are performing on track in the minors I’ll be patient with the rebuild. If they don’t, I think it’s more than fair to question Hahn’s ability to judge talent.
