When Melky Cabrera was on paternity leave it was interesting that Wily Garcia was brought up to play outfield and Asche got only 3 innings in LF.

This is pointing to Asche getting DFA’d in a few weeks and either Hayes or Delmonico getting called up for left-handed hitting.
