It’s nice to see Tim get a hit, but it was still a fluke win because Capra was a fool to send Avi home on that hit – it took an uncharacteristically horrible throw from Rosario for it to work out – in most cases it would have been yet another boneheaded base running decision creating an out on the bases. I’d take my chances with bases loaded and one out with Hanson due up. I understand they have nothing to lose right now, but the bad base running is starting to look habitual which is the exact wrong kind of development one wants to see.
